This page sets out the terms and conditions for promotional offers and discount codes provided by Rosemont & Co ("we", "us", "our"). By using a promotional code or taking advantage of a promotional offer you agree to these terms. These conditions supplement our general Terms & Conditions of Sale and should be read together. If there is any conflict between these terms and any specific terms stated with a particular promotion, the specific terms will apply.

1 Promoter

The promoter is Rosemont & Co, an online-only retail brand operating digitally and serving customers in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions regarding a promotion, please contact our customer service team at customerservices@rosemont.store.

Rosemont & Co does not maintain a public-facing physical retail location. Orders are fulfilled through authorised international manufacturing and logistics partners.

2 Eligibility and general conditions

1. Promotional and discount codes are issued for consumer use only and are valid solely for purchases made via our website. They are not valid in retail outlets, telephone orders or any third‑party marketplace. Codes must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be applied retrospectively.
   

2. Unless otherwise stated, promotion codes cannot be used on sale items, outlet lines, clearance stock, seconds or new arrivals, nor can they be combined with any other promotion, offer, coupon, voucher, loyalty reward or cashback site. Minimum order values may apply and will be specified in the offer.
   

3. Each promotion code is single‑use, personal to the recipient and non‑transferable. Codes may not be sold, resold, auctioned, exchanged, reproduced or distributed. They have no cash value and no cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed using a code in breach of these terms or arising from misuse.
   

4. Promotional offers are subject to availability. All products are offered only while stocks last. If your order includes multiple items and one item becomes unavailable, we may cancel that item and honour the discount on the remaining items.
   

5. Promotions are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed or processed.
   

6. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at our discretion without prior notice. Where we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent use of a code, we may cancel the order and take further action.
   

3 Welcome offer for new subscribers

1. Offer – New subscribers to our mailing list may receive a promotional code giving 10% off their first order. To qualify you must sign up using a valid email address that has not previously been subscribed. Existing subscribers or those who unsubscribe and resubscribe are not eligible for this offer.
   

2. Delivery of code – The welcome code will be sent to the email address provided at subscription. Please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive and check spam/junk folders. Only one welcome code will be issued per customer. If you do not receive your code, please contact customer service.
   

3. Redemption – Enter the welcome code in the relevant field at the cart or checkout. The code must be applied before completing your purchase and cannot be applied to a past order. It cannot be used on sale items or excluded products, nor in conjunction with any other promotion. If your basket contains both eligible and ineligible items, the discount will only apply to eligible items.
   

4. Validity – The welcome code is valid for a single use and must be redeemed within 30 days of issue unless stated otherwise. If your order is cancelled or returned, the code will be considered used and cannot be reissued.
   

4 Standard promotion terms

1. Excluded products – Some products may be excluded from promotions, including but not limited to sale merchandise, outlet or clearance lines, gift cards, personalised items, seconds, limited editions and new launches. Any exclusions will be stated on our website.
   

2. Minimum spend – Where a promotion requires a minimum spend, this refers to the merchandise subtotal after discounts but before taxes and delivery charges. The minimum spend applies to eligible products only and cannot be reached by purchasing excluded items.
   

3. Stock availability – All promotional goods are sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis and subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items will be available to all customers.
   

4. Order cancellations and returns – If you cancel or return items purchased using a promotion, any refund will be for the amount paid after the discount. If the promotion was subject to a minimum spend and your refund reduces the order below that threshold, the promotion may no longer apply and your refund may be adjusted accordingly.
   

5. Misuse – We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify any order where a promotional code has been improperly obtained or used, including through unauthorised publication on deal sites, social media or other platforms. Our decision is final in all matters relating to promotions and discount codes.
   

5 Changes to promotional terms

These Promotional Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of a promotional code after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6 Other important terms

1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions are governed by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

2. If any provision of these Promotional Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
   

3. These Promotional Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All purchases remain subject to our general Terms & Conditions of Sale.
